A minimum order of $9.99 is required to place an order on our website.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped within the United States via USPS or another carrier, at our discretion. Carrier selection may vary based on package size, weight, and destination.
Delivery Time
After processing, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays and weather events may occasionally impact transit time.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $9.99 or more.
Exclusion: Free shipping does not apply to Electronic Copyboards or oversized specialty items. Shipping charges for these products are calculated separately due to size, weight, and freight requirements. Promotional shipping offers may vary and will be clearly stated when applicable.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
